Chef Robert’s culinary journey began in high school while working at his aunt’s restaurant in Montauk where he grew up. In his twenties, he ventured to the back of the house and became fully immersed in the inner workings of the kitchen. It was from this point that he decided to pursue a career as a chef and eventually attended the Culinary Institute of America in New Hyde Park, NY.

Chef Robert has worked in fine dining restaurants, as well as high-end, high-volume catering in the Hamptons. For the last decade, he has served as a private chef in New York City, Montauk and Florida.

Today, Chef Robert resides on Long Island with his wife and three children.
